Strength Training is crucial for optimal fitness. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes cardio exercise and body weight exercises as well as weights and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
Heather’s classes are like an addiction…you don’t want to miss any. Whether it is pure yoga, rebel yoga, stretch and tone, HIIT, workout with weights or spinning (when we could do spinning classes, pre-lockdown), they are all fabulous classes, very professionally led and accompanied by great music.
I wondered if I would work as hard during a virtual class but Heather has continued to be just as motivating and encouraging. Her classes have become a very positive part of lockdown, I know that my mental health is in a better place for joining Heather online.
Heather’s classes are just brilliant. I have been doing them since March 2020 lockdown and I have noticed a huge difference in my fitness since doing them. They are varied and give me a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility which is perfect for all around fitness. Heather’s instruction style is engaging, the music is great and her focus on giving alternatives for people with injury issues has made her sessions so much better other online exercise classes. The structure of live or recording is perfect for my busy work schedule and means I never miss out and I still feel part of a fitness community. I don’t know what I would do without them.
Heather’ classes online are quite simply ‘the best’! Her energy, enthusiasm, detailed and consummate description of every movement, her clarity and demos of poses and moves, along with a great sense of humour and music to match. A sensitivity and understanding of different levels and a personal touch – bar none! As well as being a ‘vision’ to look at! What more could you ask for?

This is a strong Yoga practice that links traditional asanas with not so traditional asanas with synchronised breath in flowing sequences. Namaste and rebel on!
