This class is based on the Hatha yoga method which is more physical than meditative.You don’t have to be super flexible to practice yoga, the beauty of yoga is that it can be practiced at all levels of ability. We focus on technique and alignment in this practice.

Focusing on your technique

This is a more traditional Yoga practice but with a chilled out and relaxing vibe. We go with the flow in this class and learn how to respect our limitations and focus on technique and alignment. Yoga blocks are recommended should you want an extra bit of help throughout the class.

Energy zapped from a week of working and homeschool I channeled my inner 80s and poured a Campari and soda and logged into Heather’s Yoga flow to Fleetwood Mac. It was transformational….. energy returned, 45 mins of me time felt like a day away ….. music and direction from Heather was everything….. thank you for the yoga and the sanity. Next session can’t come soon enough!
