Hi I'm Heather 

I'm the founder of Mikky Rebel Fit, a fitness professional, and yoga teacher originally from Brooklyn, New York.

With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I'm passionate about helping women in midlife build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. Through Mikky Rebel Fit, I create on-demand yoga and strength training classes that fit into real life, making it easier to stay consistent and healthy.

I also teach live classes in London and lead fitness and yoga retreats abroad.

My goal is simple: to help you move well, get stronger, and enjoy the journey.
