• I believe I am medically fit to exercise and will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate.

• I will stop exercising immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptoms.

• I understand that Mikky Rebel Fit and its instructors cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.By ticking this box and completing my purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted these statements.
